particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner terminal benefits in spite of petitioner clear entitlement and eligibility as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to release the petitioner terminal benefits in accordance with the amounts fixed in Proceedings Rc.No.07/17-18/SA dated 27-04-2017 along with 18% interest to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2017(WPMP 27625 OF 2017 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to issue a direction to the respondents to release the petitioner terminal benefits along with 18% interest by considering the representations dated 23-03-2017, 06-04-2017 and 08-06-2017 forthwith pending disposal of the Writ Petition in the interest of justice or to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed seeking the following main prayer:-
“……declare the action of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner terminal benefits inspite of petitioner clear entitlement and eligibility as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to release the petitioner terminal benefits in accordance with the amounts fixed in Proceedings Rc.No.07/17-18/SA dated 27-04-2017 along with 18% interest to pass…….”

2. The principal grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to non releasing of terminal benefits by the respondent Corporation. 3. Sri L. Radha Krishna, learned counsel representing Sri V.C.H.Naidu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation, with reference to the serial No.6 of the proceedings dated 30.04.2019 issued by the Managing Director, APEWIDC, submits that the petitioner has received all terminal benefits and other arrears, and no balance amount is pending to the petitioner from the respondent Corporation. The said proceedings were also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Sri S.V.S.S. Sarma, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner, has not disputed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent Corporation. 5. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is closed by making the proceedings dated 30.04.2019 as a part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs.
