Heard Sri G Venkata Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Saraschandra Babu Jakkamsetty, learned counsel for the unofficial respondents and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner did not turn up to the police station to pursue the matter to give his statement. So, the police did not register the crime on his representation. 4. Learned counsel for the unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 8 would submit that the petitioner herein died on 29.07.2025. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Legal Representatives of the petitioner can workout their remedies before the 4 appropriate forum according to law, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
