During the pendency of RFA(COMM) 141/2024, the Appellant deposited a sum of Rs.16,70,000/- via two demand drafts with the Registry. 4. The Respondent through the present application seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above-mentioned amount. 5. In the considered opinion of this Court, the Decree-holder is required to file an Execution Petition to recover the amount. 6. The amount, which was deposited in this Court be remitted back to the Executing Court for disbursal of the same in accordance with the decree. This is a digitally signed order.
