GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No. 1 to 3 in interfering with the Civil Disputes pending in A.S.No.19 of 2018 on the file 2 of the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Avanigadda, Krishna District between the Petitioners and 4th Respondent as arbitrary, illegal and violative of right under Article 21 and right to property under Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the Civil Disputes pending in the Court of Law.” 2. Sri Sai Gangadhra Chamarty, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that a direction may be given to the Police not to interfere with the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.5 and 6. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
