Learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time, submits that since a show-cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 06.09.2025 and that an explanation has already been submitted on 10.09.2025, the petitioner intends to pursue appropriate remedies and, therefore, seeks closure of the present contempt proceedings, granting liberty to the petitioner to do so. 3.
