The learned counsel for the respondent submits that, if reasonable time is granted, the respondent would consider the representations vide Annexures-A and B, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed; ii. The respondent is directed to consider the representations vide Annexures-A and B, and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; iii.
