Being confronted by the Court, learned counsel for the applicant could not demonstrate how the contempt is committed by the opposite parties. Therefore, under such facts and circumstances, no case for contempt, as alleged, can said to be made out and contempt application is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed with the liberty to the applicant to take any other legal remedy as available to him under law.
