This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ or writs or order or orders one more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the of the 2nd Respondent in not disposing of the Petitioners representation dated 16/07/2025 requesting to conduct departmental enquiry for defective investigation in F.I.R No.25 of 2023 dated 22/02/2023 registered on the file of 4th Respondent
Police Station as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to dispose of Petitioners representation dated 16/07/2023.…”
2. Heard Ms. Shaik Reshma, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that the investigation is still pending. He would further submit that during the course of investigation 11 material witnesses were examined and recorded their detailed statements. Basing on the averments of the material witnesses, a prima facie case has been made out against the accused for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 506 r/w 34 of IPC and no case is made out for Sections 324 & 511 of IPC. He would further submit that the police have sent a requisition to the Tahsildar, Naidupet seeking clarification with regard to the ownership and nature of

possession over the disputed land. The police are pursuing the investigation actively. 4. Recording the above said submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
