When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that on receipt of complaint from the petitioner, the respondent police conducted preliminary enquiry, which revealed that the subject matter is of civil in nature. He would further submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 3 4. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
