Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, particularly one in the nature of the Writ of Mandamus, Declare the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land belongs to the Petitioner-Dargah by making construction of Musafirkhana without having any right or title and without acquisition and following due process of law is arbitrary unreasonable and violate of Articles 14 and 300-A of constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land belongs to the Petitioner-Dargah by making any construction including Musafirkhana in an extent of Ac 1.27 cents situated in C.A.S.
