This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a writ ,order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare the action 3 rd respondent not registering the complaint dated 19-10-2019 made by the petitioner against the 4 th respondent as illeagl, arbitrary, violation of Sec .154 of Cr.P.C, Violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3 rd respondent to register the report dated 19-10-2019 made by the petitioner.”

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
