Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) issue a writ, order or direction the including a writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the Respondent Authorities to make payment of Rs.9,43,305/- and 10,37,656/- along with interest in pursuance of work done (supply of workers) by the petitioner firm in pursuance of Letter/541/Prakash/2020 dated 06.05.2020, within stipulated period of time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstance of the case." 3. It would serve no useful purpose to keep the petition pending. 4. The petitioner may make a representation to the Municipal Commissioner, Nagar Nigam Ghaziabad, District- Ghaziabad, i.e., respondent no.2 who shall decide the same and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation. 5.
