1. At the outset, learned Sr. counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has retired from the service, he does not wish to prosecute the writ petition, hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in allowing aforesaid prayer of the petitioner.
3. On due consideration, the prayer is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition.
