GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ order or orders more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents No. 4 and 5 2 in repeatedly detaining the petitioners at the police stations of Erpedu and Gudur during day time between 19.04.2021 and 24.04.2021 and further insisting the petitioners to come to police station at Gudur i.e., on 25.04.2021 and snatching away the cell phones(2) as well as car(TATA ZEST) bearing No. AP 26 BF 1041 as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and violation of fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India.” 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
