The petitioner is before this court seeking for the following reliefs: "a) To issue writ of certiorari by setting aside the communication letter dated 26.05.2023 vide reference no:SBIMF/CSP/460881116/SIVAK issued by the Respondent as per ANNEXURE-C; and b) To issue writ of mandamus, directing the Respondent to transfer the shares with folio No:22853663 in favour of the Petitioner based on the succession certificate obtained by the Petitioner in P &.Sc.No.6/2022 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Kunigal as per ANNEXURE-B; c) Issue any other appropriate writ of whatsoever nature, order or direction to be granted in the facts and circumstances of the case by allowing the writ petition, in the interest of justice and equity." - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47286 WP No. 3753 of 2024 2.
