The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and consequently quash the Final Report No. 258/2019 Dated 17.11.2019 (ANNEXUER P-1 COLLY) by the P.S. Kabir Nagar, Raipur, arising out of the FIR No. 306/2019, for the alleged offence U/s. 294, 506, 323 & 498/34 of IPC. Also all the consequential criminal proceeding arising out of the aforesaid Final Report / FIR may also be quashed. This Hno'ble Court may further be pleased to quash the impugned notice Dtd. 06.01.2020 and all consequential steps pursuant to the said notice, since the same is vague and without jurisdiction.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present petition stating that the trial is at its advance stage and the parties 3 have moved an application for compounding the offence before the trial Court. 4.
