Grade (General), but now the petitioner wants to withdraw the present writ petition on the premise that her appointment is under consideration against the supernumerary post pursuant to the judgment delivered by the Division Bench in some other case. 5. Since the petitioner does not want to pursue the writ petition and made prayer of withdrawal of this writ petition, there is no reason to keep this petition pending. 6.
