In view of the additional affidavit filed by the State respondents, Mr. R.Gurung, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner submits that the grievances of the writ petitioner have been redressed, and that no recovery has been made from her pension and having since retired, she is receiving her due pension under the old pension scheme. 2.
