Although the prayer of the petitioner is to direct the 5th respondent - Tahsildar to consider the representations given by the petitioner at Annexures A to E seeking Phodi and durasth and enter the name of the petitioner in the computerized RTC, learned HCGP submits that unless the name of the petitioner is entered in the computerized RTC, phodi cannot be conducted. 3. In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the 5th respondent -Tahsildar Chamarajanagara Taluk, to consider the representation given by the petitioner for entry of his name in the computerized RTC. 4. The Tahsildar shall verify from the records and if it is found that the petitioner has purchased the land in question from the previous khathedar, then the Tahsildar - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:37937 WP No. 24962 of 2025 shall issue notice to all concerned and thereafter enter the name of the petitioner in the computerized RTC. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
