Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "a) issue a writ, order or direction the including a writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the Respondent Authorities to make payment of cumulative amount of Rs.29,01,820/- along with interest in pursuance of work done by the petitioner firm in pursuance of the work orders dated 02.07.2023 issued by the respondent no.3 (as detailed in paragraph no.5 of the writ petition), within stipulated period of time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstance of the case. b) issue a writ, order or direction the including a writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the Respondent no.2 to take decision upon the letters dated 18.12.2024 submitted by the petitioner firm and make the payment as due upon the petitioner firm." 3. It would serve no useful purpose to keep the petition pending. 4. The petitioner may make a representation to the Municipal Commissioner, Nagar Nigam Ghaziabad, District- Ghaziabad, i.e., respondent no.2 who shall decide the same and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation. 5.
