ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“…to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS the action of the 3rd Respondent in not passing the orders in two petitions filed on 25/10/2025 by the Respondents in RC 910/2025 who are the petitioners herein with a prayer to conduct a joint survey by the Mandal Surveyor, Padmanabham Mandal and also for grant reasonable time to the writ petitioners / Respondents in RC No.910/2025 to file the certified copies of relevant records, judgments and orders concerning title, possession and classification of the schedule lands in the interest of justice and pass…” (in verbatim)

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not passing orders on the two petitions filed on 25.10.2025 by the petitioners herein, seeking conduct of a joint survey by the Mandal Surveyor, Padmanabham Mandal, and also seeking grant of reasonable time to the petitioners/respondents in R.C. No.910 of 2025 to file certified copies of relevant records and judgments passed in the suit. 3. On perusal of the prayer and the material filed along with this writ petition, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the matter. Hence, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with. 4

On perusal of the documents and the order passed by the learned Civil Judge, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the applications/petitions filed by the petitioners along with the interlocutory applications and to pass appropriate orders on the said interlocutory applications, after issuing notice to the concerned parties, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
