Sri Balakrishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, by placing on record the written instructions dated 29.11.2025 of the Tahsildar, Jangareddigudem, Eluru District, submitted that the proposal for forming burial ground for SC community people in the subject land had been withdrawn by the Gram Panchayat, Guravaigudem. 3. Sri Satyanarayana Nekkanti, learned counsel for the petitioner, prayed to close the writ petition recording the contents of the written instructions. 4. In view of the above, as the proposal for forming burial ground had been withdrawn by the Gram Panchayat as per the written instructions, this writ petition can be closed. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
