However learned counsel appearing for the respondents No.2, 3 and 4 would submit that the issue in the Writ Petition is covered by the order of this Court in W.P. No.12972 of 2024, dated 01.07.2024 and prayed to pass similar order in this Writ Petition also. As seen from the order, this Court directed the petitioner 3. therein to file application along with relevant documents for effect of change of the name of the petitioner to the 3'^^ respondent therein, within a period of ten (10) days from the date of order and rd on receiving such application from the petitioner, the 3 respondent directed to make effect of change of the name of the petitioner in the relevant certificates, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of application from the petitioner. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in terms 4. of the order passed in W.P. No.12972 of 2024, dated 01.07.2024 and the petitioner herein is permitted to file application along with relevant documents for effect of change of the name of the petitioner, his father and mother’s name, to the 3 respondent herein, within a period of ten (10) days from the date of order and the 3'^^ respondent is hereby directed to make effect of change of the name of the petitioner and names of the petitioner’s father I 3 and mother, in the relevant certificates, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of application from the petitioner.
