B.ABHAY SIDDHANTH MOOTHA The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER: The instant Criminal Petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C have been filed, by the Petitioners / Accused No.1 and Accused Nos.2 to 4 respectively, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.108 of 2022 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Puttaparthi for the offences under Sections 420, 384, 506 and 120-B read with 34 IPC. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.V.Santhi Sree, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of, dispensing with the presence of the Petitioners before the trial Court and with a liberty to the Petitioners to raise all their contentions before the trial Court. 3. None appeared for Respondent No.2. 4. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor is in attendance. 5. Recording the submissions made, the Criminal Petitions are disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to raise all the contentions in their 3 defence before the trial Court. The learned trial Judge may consider the same and take appropriate decision in accordance with law at an appropriate time.
