That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No. 5 i.e. Tahsildar Nandghat, District Bemetara, (CG) to conduct demarcation and its report within stipulated time as applied by the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.2. That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the cost of petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even after issuing memo by Tahsildar to Revenue Inspector and Halka Patwari to demarcate the land, demarcation has not been conducted even after lapse of more than one year and nine months. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that she has sought instructions in the matter and according to her instructions, demarcation on the application submitted by petitioner will be concluded within period of 10 days. 4. In view of submission of learned counsel for respondent-State, this writ petition at this stage is disposed off directing respondents No. 3 & 5 to conclude the demarcation proceeding pursuant to application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
