Counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of Letters of Administration granted by this Court, the petitioner has furnished two sureties for an amount of Rs. 23 lakhs but the office has directed the petitioner to get a communication from the Indian Bank as the said fixed deposit is kept in lien. 3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that, it is very difficult for the petitioner to get the certificate of lein from the bank. 4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the sureties will furnish their undertaking standing that they will not revoke the fixed deposit Receipt no. 0932208 in favour of Vijay Kumar Singhal of Indian Bank, Abhay Khand, Indirapuram for Rs. 6,49,711/- before its maturity. 5. The sureties are directed to furnish an undertaking in the department and if the undertaking is filed by the sureties, the same 2 may be accepted by the department and the department is directed to communicate the said undertaking to the bank for information.
