Heard Sri Santosh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anshul Nigam, learned standing counsel appearing for the State-respondents. 2. By means of the present writ petition the petitioner has prayed for the following relief: "I. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding / directing to the respondent no. 6 to decide the impugned order dated 26.12.2023 passed by respondent no. 5 in Case No. RST/6743/2022 (Devcharan vs. State of U.P.) under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated period, (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition). II. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding / directing to the Tehsildar for the compliance of the order dated 26.12.2023 passed by the respondent no. 5 according to Law and area of the Araji." 3. This Court vide order dated 14.05.2025 directed the learned standing counsel to seek instruction in the matter. 4. Sri Anshul Nigam, learned standing counsel appearing for the State- respondents on the basis of instruction dated 07.07.2025 states that in pursuance of the order dated 26.12.2023 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Narwal, District Kanpur Nagar in Case No. RST 6743/2022 (Devcharan vs. State of U.P.) under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has already been complied with on 16.04.2024. The relevant part of the instruction dated 07.07.2025 as provided by the learned Sub Divisional Officer, Narval, District Kanpur Nagar is extracted herein below: "3. यह ककि ययाचची दयारया उत्तरदयातया ससंख्यया 05 उपजजिलयाजधिकियारची नररल कियानपपुर नगर मम रयाद ससं० आरएसटची/7643/2022, ददेरचरन बनयाम उत्तर प्रददेश सरकियार आकद अन्तगरत धियारया 24, उ०प्र०रया०ससं० 2006 ममौजिया किपु ड़नची तहसचील नररल, कियानपपुर नगर बयाबत आरयाजिची ससं० 96 रकियया 0.1640 हदे० किया दयाजखिल ककियया गयया हह , जजिसमदे न्ययाययालय उपजजिलयाजधिकियारची न्ययाकयकि तहसचील नररल कियानपपुर नगर दयारया रयाद स्रचीकियार किरतदे हहए कदनयासंकि 25/12/2023 किको आददेश पयाररत ककियया गयया। 4. यह ककि मयाननचीय न्ययाययालय किको अरगत किरयानया हह ककि उपरकोक्त पयाररत आददेश कदनयासंकि 28/12/2023 किया कनष्पयादन, तहसचीलदयार नररल किकी अध्यक्षतया मम कदनयासंकि 16/04/2024 किको ययाकचकियाकितयार किदे पमौत्र अमन कमशया एरसं अन्य पक्षकियाररों किकी उपसस्स्थिकत मम किरयायया गयया , जजिसकिदे उपरयान्त कनम्नजलजखित आख्यया प्रस्तपुत किकी गयचीय- "स्पपॉट मदेमको/किब्जिया दखिलनयामयाय- आजि कदनयासंकि 16/04/2024 किको रयाद ससं० 6743/2022 अन्तगरत धियारया 24 उ०प्र०रया०ससं० 2006 ममौजिया किपु ड़नची तहसचील नररल कियानपपुर नगर गयाटया ससं० 96 रकिरया 0.1640 हदे० मम तहसचीलदयार नररल नयायब तहसचीलदयार ततृतचीय, क्षदेत्रचीय रयाजिस्र कनरचीक्षकि, लदेखिपयाल तस्थिया मपुख्य पक्षकियार ददेरचरन बनयाम उ०प्र० सरकियार मम पपुजलस बल किकी उपसस्स्थिकत मम न्ययाययालय उपजजिलयाजधिकियारची नररल किदे आददेश कदनयासंकि 26/12/2023 किदे अनपुपयालन किदे किम मम भमौकतकि किब्जिया प्रदयान ककियया गयया। फकील्ड बपुकि किदे अनपुसयार कनधियारररत कबन्दपु पर पत्स्थिर गढ़रयायदे गयदे र गयाटया ससं० 83/0.2770 हदे० र 85/0.1540 हदे० पर भमौकतकि किब्जिया यस्थियारत पयायया गयया। सयाक्ष्य स्ररूप उपसस्स्थित व्यकक्तयरों किदे हस्तयाक्षर किररयायदे गयदे। " मयाननचीय न्ययाययालय किदे अरलकोकिनयास्थिर स्पपॉट मदेमको/किब्जिया दखिलनयामया किकी स्रप्रमयाकणित प्रकत ससंलग्न हह। 5. यह ककि ययाचची दयारया प्रश्नगत ररट ययाकचकिया मयाननचीय न्ययाययालय मम तथ्यरों किको कछिपयाकिर महजि उत्तरदयातयागणि किको हहरयान र परदेशयान किरनदे किकी कनयत सदे दयाजखिल किकी गयची हह , जिबककि रयास्तकरकितया यह हह ककि ययाकचकियाकितयार किदे पमौत्र अमन कमशया पहरकोकियार मपुकिदमया किकी उपसस्स्थिकत मम ससंदकभरत भभूकम ससंख्यया 96 रकिरया 0.1640 हह० पर आददेश कदनयासंकि 26/12/2023 किदे अनपुपयालन मम कदनयासंकि 16/04/2024 किको किब्जिया दखिल कदयया जिया चपुकिया हह तस्थिया कनधियारररत कबन्दपुओसं पर पत्स्थिर भची गड़रया कदयदे गयदे स्थिदे। 5. Under the oral direction of this Court a copy of the said instruction dated 07.07.2025 along the copy of the spot memo dated 16.04.2024 has been provided by the learned standing counsel to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner did not dispute the aforesaid statement made by the learned standing counsel on the basis of instruction. 7. In view of the aforesaid, there is nothing left to be adjudicated in the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the instruction as quoted herein above.
