Case No. 98/2025 registered for offences under sections 137(2), 96 of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl. 4. Earlier, the petitioner was granted provisional bail by this Court vide order dated 28.01.2026. 5. After the recovery of the victim girl and her statement was recorded u/s 164 of Cr.P.C/ u/s 183 of BNSS, the court below will decide as to whether the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed or the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be recalled if the statement Patna High Court CR.
