GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No.3 to 5 in not registering the Crime as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the complaint dated 09.08.2025 and registered the crime.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the allegations made by the petitioner in the complaint are politically motivated and inconsistent with the hospital records. 3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder: 2 “It is further submitted that only after a week, influenced by certain political leaders of the village, the complainant has come forward with allegations that he was beaten by some persons of Aluru village with sticks. It is also relevant to note that the complainant has not lodged any complaint before Tadiparti Rural Police Station regarding the alleged assault at any point of time. It is respectfully submitted that the allegations now raised by the petitioner are only afterthought, politically motivated and inconsistent with hospital records. They are false, baseless and misconceived and are hence denied.” 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
