The instant intra- court appeal is directed against the order dated 8.4.2025 in Writ-A No. 33460 of 2008 whereby while dismissing the writ petition filed by the petitioner, a cost of Rs. 5,000/- has also been imposed. 2. Sri V.K. Singh, advocate, appearing for the appellant- petitioner submits that the writ petition was dismissed especially on the ground of subsequent development and, therefore, previous conduct of the petitioner should not have been taken into consideration for imposing cost. His challenge to the impugned order is to the extent, cost has been imposed. 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not oppose the prayer for making cost easy. 4.
