Learned counsel would submit that they have obtained information from the office to support their contention that they have not stolen any pesticides from the office and what was seized in the present case is the stock which was purchased by the petitioner under the invoice which is placed on record. Learned counsel would further submit that the office has given information to the effect that there is no supply of such stock to the office of MPDO. In that view, there shall be stay of all further proceedings regarding Cr.No.144 of 2024, dated 07.09.2024 on the file of Ponnur Rural Police Station till 26.11.2025. List the matter on 26.11.2025.
