M V RAJA RAAM The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue order or direction more particularly one in the nature of the writ of Mandamus and Declare the appeal vide Rc.No.ss/2017, dated 28-07-2017 filed by the Respondent No.5 before the 2nd Respondent is illegal, 2 arbitrary and violation of section 81 of The A.P. Education Act, 1982 and consequently direct the Respondent No.4 to release the increments due to the petitioner on account of setting aside the order of imposing punishment vide order dated 07-07-2017 of the 3rd Respondent.” 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri G.Ratna Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri B. Sesi Bushan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
