THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 27091 of 2025
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the Respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the complaint made by the Petitioner on 10-09-2025 against the 5th to 7th Respondent in not registering the crime on 5th to 7th Respondent and in turn threatening the Petitioner to withdraw the suit filed in Additional District court, Vijayawada by the Petitioner as being arbitrary illegal and violative of articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 4 to consider the complaint made by the Petitioner on 10-09-2025 and take action against the 5th to 7th Respondent as per the rules in vogue and issue such other writ or order or direction as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of case and to pass.…”
2. Heard Sri Shaik Khadar Vali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the issue involved in this matter is purely civil in nature. He would further submit that the petitioner did not approach the police station despite being informed, and that the petitioner may be advised to resolve the matter through appropriate court of law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies before an appropriate forum.

5. Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before an appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
