Though the matter was adjourned on 10.11.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption “for dismissal”. Today when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner. The writ petition is filed questioning the Office Memorandum dated 29.09.2017 in disqualifying the petitioner to participate in the tender for a period of one (1) year. Since one year is lapsed, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
