CONTEMPT CASE No.1059 of 2022 ORDER:
This Contempt Case has been filed complaining the willful disobedience of the respondents in implementing the order dated 01.11.2021 in W.P. No. 25103 of 2021. 2. During the course of hearing today, both the learned counsels would submit that the order of the Court is complied with and hence, further adjudication in this case is not required. 3. In view of the above factual position, this Court is of the view that, no further adjudication is required in the present Contempt Case.
