The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the order dated 24.07.2024 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Chitrakoot in Maintenance Case No. 95 of 2024 arising out of an application under Section 128 of Cr.P.C. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an application for payment the arrears of maintenance by way of installment. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
