ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to pass an order, writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in conducting investigation in respect of FIR No.481/2020 of Bobbili PS as improper, irregular, unlawful arbitrary and highhanded and declaring the inaction of the 2nd respondent of the representation submitted for proper investigation by different investigating agency as illegal arbitrary and highhanded in consequence thereof direct the respondents to get proper investigation of Crime No.481/2020 of Bobbili Police Station by CBCID or any other Investigating Agency for placing prima facie evidence before trail court, and pass..…”
2. Heard Sri S.V.R.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that upon receipt of the complaint through the Spandana Cell, the authorities were directed to obtain information from the concerned departments. Accordingly, the matter was processed and information was obtained. It is further represented that a memo has been filed before this Court seeking permission to place on record the information received from Google.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the trial Court, as the issue pertains to further investigation.

5. In the light of the submissions made and upon perusal of the material available on record, since the Superintendent of Police has obtained certain information from Google, the investigating agency is directed to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is
disposed of. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from seeking further investigation before the trial Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
