Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the Government has issued an order dated 06.05.2025, whereby, petitioner has been given charge of Deputy 1 2025:UHC:3911-DB Excise Commissioner, Udham Singh Nagar/Nainital and petitioner has taken charge of the said post. 3.
