No. 6928/2019 pending on the file of XXXVIII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bangalore within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court; and B. Issue a Writ of Mandamus and direct the Trial Court to pass Orders on I.A No. I / 2023 in O.S. No. 6928/2019 pending on the file of XXXVIII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bangalore; and C. Pass such other and incidental Orders as may be appropriate under the facts and circumstance of the case, including an order as to costs in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. The petitioner – plaintiff institutes a suit owing to the defendants interference with the property. The suit in O.S.No.6928/2019 is for bare injunction and is pending before the concerned Court for the last 6 years. 3.
