GP FOR HOME 3 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the Petitioners seeking the following relief: “... to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Man6amus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly respondent Nos. 5 and 6 threatening the petitioners with false police cases by threatening them to discharge the debts of Putta Venkateswara Rao by involving in civil matters as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and may ....” Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State. Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that there are civil disputes pending between the Petitioners and one Venkateswara Rao and that respondent Police never insisted them to settle the disputes and would submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed to follow due process of law except following due process of law. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
