(in Liquidation), Represented by the Official Liquidator, High Court of Kerala, Company Law Bhavan, B.M.C. P.O., Trikkakara, Cochin, Pin – 682 021. No.14 of 2002 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Dated this the 3rd day of April, 2025 ORDER This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 725 days in filing the claim before the Official Liquidator. 2. Heard Sri.Babu Cherukara, the learned counsel for the applicants and Sri.K.Moni, the learned Standing Counsel for the Official Liquidator. 3. I have perused the averments made in the affidavit accompanying the application, and after considering the rival contentions raised, I am of the opinion that the delay in filing the claim petition has been sufficiently explained.
