The revision application has been filed by the husband in the marriage seeking revision of the judgment dated 20.05.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal in Cr.P. No.52 of 2024. The said petition was filed by the wife in the marriage. The petition was favoured granting monthly maintenance @ Rs.12,000/- w.e.f. the date of application i.e. 05.04.2024. 4.
