Order dated 15.04.2025 reads as under:
“None appears for the petitioner even on repeated call.
From the order-sheet, it appears that even on 03.03.2025 the petitioner was not represented by his counsel. The fact further reveals that the writ petition was also dismissed for default earlier, which was restored vide order dated 11.02.2022.
Force with this situation, the Registry is directed to inform the petitioner that his case is not being represented before this Court and also the next date of hearing.
List this case on 17.06.2025”

Thereafter notice was issued. As per the report of process servers, it appears that the petitioner has died on 09.09.2015 itself.

Forced with this situation, the instant writ application is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, the legal heirs of the petitioner would be at liberty to raise their grievance before the appropriate authority for the claim if so advised.
