OMP No.187 of 2022 It is submitted that vide two bank drafts dated 29.01.2021 and one bank draft dated 02.02.2021, an amount of Rs.1,96,39,000/- was deposited in the Registry of this Court. Inadvertently, the deposit was made in Arbitration Case No.121 of 2019. The said inadvertent mistake accrued on account of similarity of name of the two cases, both titled State of Himachal Pradesh and others vs. Tilak Raj. By way of the present application, the aforesaid deposit for a sum of Rs.1,96,39,000/- made in Arbitration Case No.121 of 2019 titled State of Himachal Pradesh and others vs. Tilak Raj, instead of present case, i.e., Arbitration Case No.39 of 2021, is sought to be rectified. For the aforesaid reasons, the present application is allowed. The deposit made in Arbitration Case No.121 of 2019 titled State of Himachal Pradesh and others vs. Tilak Raj for a sum of Rs.1,96,39,000/- shall be treated as a deposit in Arbitration Case No.39 of 2021, i.e., the present case.
