P.P., submits in this case that police has filed charge-sheet vide C.S. No. 6/2025 dated 31.01.2025. Since the charge sheet has been filed, the petitioners are directed to approach the learned Trial Court for seeking regular bail. The Trial Court shall consider the regular bail in accordance with law. The petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again in accordance with law.
