N CHANDRA SEKHAR REDDY 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd and 4th respondents in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of their houses, cattle shed and other rights with respect to the property situated in and extent of Ac. 0.37 cents of land in Sy.No. 196-1, Lakshmupalli Village, Peddavaduguru Mandal, Anantapuramu District at the behest of the respondents No. 5 and 6as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and in violation of the petitioners rights guarantee under Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioners rights and liberties and not to interfere with their lawful possession and enjoyment of the above mentioned property.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, in the light of the interim order dated 18.1.2021 in I.A.No.1 of 2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Sri Harish Kumar Rasineni, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioners and Respondent Nos.5 and 6. There shall be no order as to costs.
