Learned ASC on behalf of the Respondent states that his case was reconsidered in the SRB meeting held on 24.04.2025 and has been rejected vide Minutes dated 24.04.2025 and, therefore, this Petition has become infructuous. The Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the latest SRB Minutes in accordance with law. 3. The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
