Attention is drawn to the communication of the respondent - Bank at Annexure-B to the effect that the amount on lien is Rs.2000/- with respect to Account No. 50200097139671 and Acknowledgment No.31101250013914 and another amount of Rs.1000/- is with respect to same account and Acknowledgment No.31110240161854. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent - Bank submits that the intimation to the Bank to exercise lien is with respect to the amount of Rs.3000/- and in light of the same, respondent - Bank would defreeze the account while exercising the lien for a sum of Rs.3000/- with respect to Account No.50200097139671. 4. Needless to state, if there is any other notice to exercise lien, the respondent Bank to intimate the petitioner and is at liberty to exercise lien with respect to such amount.
