No.563, Situated at Gadidamadugu, Gargeyapuram Village and Panchayat, Nandikotkur, Kurnool District, A.P. and Land admeasuring Ac.8-64 cts in Sy. No.563, Situated at Gadidamadugu, Gargeyapuram Village and Panchayat, Nandikotkur, Kurnool District, A.P., which is illegal, arbitrary, and also violation of Article 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of the unofficial respondent, the police have registered a case against the petitioner in Crime No.326 of 2021 of Kurnool Taluka Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 427, 447 IPC. 3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
