APARESH KUMAR SINGH Order 19/03/2025 Heard Mr. Debalay Bhattacharya, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Mijanur Rahaman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Raju Datta, learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. After some arguments, Mr. Debalay Bhattacharya, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant revision petition in order to prefer an appropriate application before the learned Sessions Court in terms of the provisions of BNSS, 2023 for modification of the conditions of bail granted by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class (Court No.1), Agartala, West Tripura vide order dated 13.02.2025 in PRC(WP) No.73/2025. The said case was instituted under Sections 61(2)/249(b)/143(3) of The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 3 of the IPP Act (Entry to India) Amendment Act, 2000 and under Section 14(A)(B) of the Foreigners Act. Mr. Raju Datta, learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State does not oppose the prayer. In that view of the matter, the instant revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
